EVENT PLANNING

We are committed to promoting economic and cultural exchanges between China and the United States. Since 2017, we have co-organized and held various local events or large-scale national events, including 7th Boston Asian American Festival, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Forum, International IoT Summit & Investment and Financing Competition, Chinese and Western Classic Music Concert, International Kids Model Contest, and so on. We have planned and worked on upcoming events in 2019, including U.S. Children's Model Competition, China Beauty Competition and Washington Forum.

We offer clients the full scope of skills and experience to organize and manage events. Our services cover all aspects, from event planning, logistics, publicity and promotion, multimedia communication and implementation, and strategic partnership development, to technical direction, video production and scriptwriting.

 

  • Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week Forum

    Boston Chinese Investment Club (BCIC) hosted a Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation forum in Boston, as part of the the Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation week initiative by China’s National Development and Reform Commission and China Association for Science and Technology. The forum focused on technology innovation in artificial intelligence, big data, biomedical, block chain, fintech, and related fields.

     

    As a media partner, we promoted event event content in online forums which are targeted to a young professional community, and advertised the event on media platforms globally. Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation week was advertised on media platforms globally.

  • The 2nd Silicon Valley  International IoT Summit & Investment and Financing Competition

    The 2nd Silicon Valley Beijing International IoT Summit & Investment & Financing Competitions was held at Santa Clara Convention Center in CA. The event focused on new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, robots, wearable devices, and other popular issues. Through gathering the global innovation resources, the forum let Silicon Valley technology meet Chinese capital to make the spark effect. 

     

    We were one of co-organizers, providing event promotion and deal sourcing. Our Marketing team provided BCIC online event promotion by spreading event content in online forums which are targeted to a young professional community.

  • 2018 Miss International Fashion Travel Pageant

    2018 Miss International Fashion Travel Pageant aims to promote the development of tourism in China and the United States, create opportunities for entertainment and performing arts, and enhance the investment in tourism, culture and fashion-related industries.

    We are authorized as representative of Stat Alliance Inc. to operate and use the rights of "2018 Miss International Fashion Travel Pageant" in the Unites States. We held Boston Regional Audition for 2018 Miss International Fashion Travel Pageant. The top three winners from Boston Regional Audition were recommended to participate in the final in San Francisco.

    Our Marketing team provided media partners with promotional materials such as videos, posters, and registration forms, etc. We also utilized social media channels, including websites, blog, We Chat, etc.

     

    Our Marketing team made their site optimization using SEO Powersuite. The results showed 20% increase in visibility by all search engines.

  • International Kids Model Contest  

    BIMC were responsible for organizing Boston regional contest. Finalists of Boston will participate in the final in Los Angeles at the end of year.


    We reserved the space, planned the event, and outreached the Los Angles Post and other media channels to promote the event information.

    Our Marketing team established marketing objects and strategies on social media, updated the event information on website, controlled and monitored sale of online tickets, and outreached the Los Angles Post and other media channels to promote the event information.
